Les Préaux is a vast house, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Its 4 suites (bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet) offer exceptional comfort. The living room and open-plan kitchen (60m²) add to the warm ambience of the gîte.
Only a few decorative features are reminiscent of the old schoolhouse....but the swimming pool, billiards room and large outdoor areas put everyone at ease!
The indoor pool is heated all year round. Dimensions: 3m x 6m, with a depth of 1.2m to 1.6m. Access to the pool is via a secure airlock with shower.
For your leisure: 10 minutes away, the Colmont leisure centre (high ropes course, swin golf, water sports, cycling, etc.). Near Carelle, the Renaudies botanical garden, with an eco-museum, corn maze, numerous azaleas and hydrangeas, open from April to 1 November.
Shops: grocery, bread shop and restaurant in Carelle.
Carelle is situated in the Mayenne bocage, with rolling countryside, alternating crops and woodland. You are at the gateway to Brittany, 30 minutes from Fougères.
The gîte is on 2 levels. LEVEL 0: kitchen/living room 60m² - 1 bedroom 20m², 1 bed 140, shower room and wc - Utility room 19m² - Covered swimming pool area 50m². Ground floor and surrounding area fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
LEVEL 1: relaxation area with pool table 25m² - 1 bedroom 32m² with 4 single beds 90*200 - 1 bedroom 27m² with 1 single bed 140 and 1 single bed 90 - 1 bedroom 24m² with 1 single bed 140, 1 cot with bars and changing table. Each bedroom has its own shower room with walk-in shower or shower tray and toilet.
Tumble dryer. Baby equipment available in the gîte (2 cots, high chair, changing mat).
North-facing terrace with views over the countryside, and south-facing terrace with views over the village. Private parking and courtyard. 1,000 m² garden, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and children's play area.

No entry on Sundays.
Weekend stay: entry on Friday end of day, departure on Sunday 4pm (check with the owner according to your needs).
For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 6 or 7 pm and departure around 10 am. Reconfirm with the owner.
The gîte is close to the owners' house.
