The Gîtes de France® label

The quality label Gîtes de France® guarantees you precise standards of comfort (in 1,2,3,4 and 5 épis) and compliance with a national charter.  

The gite is a self-catering, furnished tourist rental, intended for short stays on a self-catering basis
(weekends, weekdays, etc.) for visiting guests who do not live there.

 Mini oven or rôtissoire or grill, hob, pressure cooker, rérefrigerator, small électroménager (cafetière, blender, toaster, kettle), eating utensils and basic cleaning products, high chair and cot bétable linen, iron and ironing board, garden furniture*; one shower room and one WC up to 6 people, from 7 to 12 people two shower rooms and two WCs, from 13 to 15 people three shower rooms and three WCs*.

 In addition or &eagrave; the place of the 1 épi: washing machine, microwave oven, TV, barbecue (except local prohibition), options for renting sheets and towels as well as ménage de fin de séjour payant à la demande.

In addition to or instead of the 2 épis : independent access (semi-detached possible), private garden (or terrace) with garden furniture, private car parking space*, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, internet access*, electric hairdryer.

In addition to or instead of the 4 épis: detached house with private garden or private access in a complex of exceptional character, private landscaped park or garden, private car parking space, provision of at least one leisure facility (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, etc.), a bathroom with shower, a shower room and a toilet.), one shower room and one WC for up to 4 people, for 5 to 8 people two shower rooms and two WCs, for 9 to 12 people three shower rooms and three WCs, for 13 to 15 people four shower rooms and four WCs.

The guest room is a room located in the owner's house or in an annexe building.
The bed and breakfast service must include overnight accommodation and breakfast.

The group hostel is designed for the collective reception of individuals and groups (with a capacity of between 15 and 100 people), on a day or overnight basis. It is equipped with living areas, sleeping accommodation in rooms or dormitories, and communal or private sanitary facilities depending on the classification. 

 Gîtes possédant : living room, dining area, tent area or activity room, kitchen with sink, kitchenette, oven, fridge, most sleeping accommodation in dormitories, 1 shower and 1 WC for 10 people and 1 washbasin for 3 people, most shared sanitary facilities.
 

 In addition to or in place of the 1 épi : storage room, storeroom, sleeping accommodation in rooms and dormitories, 1 shower and 1 WC for 8 people, communal toilets and some private facilities. 

 En plus ou à la place du 2 épis : Adjoining landscaped or equipped grounds, library, board games, washing machine, TV, bed linen and towels provided on request, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, majority of sleeping accommodation in rooms of 2 to 4 people, 1 shower and 1 WC for 6 people, majority of en-suite facilities.

The « Nature » campsites offer you a privileged space, with no more than 25 pitches. What's more, each pitch varies in size from 300 to 400 m2. You can enjoy the pleasures of nature in a friendly atmosphere, and take advantage of the leisure facilities available. Not forgetting the opportunity to rediscover the flavour of our land with farm produce. They are set in grassy, shady, well-exposed grounds that are accessible in all weathers.

 In addition to (or instead of) the 3 épis : outdoor lighting, common room, telephone accessible day and night (point-phone...) and depending on the number of pitches: 2 à 4 washbasins, 2 à 5 showers (with 1 à 2 washbasins in cabin), 2 à 4 tubs à washing dishes, 1 à 3 tubs à washing clothes, 4 à 5 toilets.
