Le gîte du Cormier

The Cormier gîte is exceptional in terms of its proportions, facilities and surroundings. Enjoy this very large house with your family or friends, offering a vast living room with 140cm TV and a huge kitchen-dining room, 2 rooms that open onto the 40m² terrace via bay windows. Choose your bedroom from the 6 different moods on offer. There is also a choice of games: board games, table football, table tennis and a beautiful 4150m² fishing pond (carp ~6kg, pike and roach). The gîte is located on the second site of a working farm where there is a building open onto meadows with pregnant heifers and cows. Your closest neighbours are the cattle in winter... in spring they head off to the fields. From the gîte, you can go hiking and mountain biking. From the terrace and bedrooms, you have an uninterrupted view of the surrounding countryside and the lake. Watch the wild ducks! Saint Aubin du Désert is 13 km from Saint Léonard des Bois, and other activity spots in the Alpes Mancelles such as Saint Cénéri-le-Gerei and Sillé-le-Guillaume. Activities: tree climbing, hiking, horse riding, kayaking, swimming. All shops and services are in Villaines la Juhel, 10km away. Let the owners guide you to discover the local producers of vegetables, bread, honey ... and your outings. Professional stay: 6 people - Cleaning obligatory 120€ per stay from 1 to 14 nights. Weekend stay: arrival on Friday 5pm - departure on Sunday 5pm. For stays of 3 nights or more: check-in 5pm - check-out 10am.
