RULES OF THE “ WIN YOUR DECORATING COACHING SESSION WITH iMAGINE ET CRÉE AT THE ‘DEVENIR HOTE 2026’ OPEN DAYS»
This competition is organised by Gîtes de France in Mayenne, Pays de Loire, Siren number 892 278 599 00014, with its registered office at 84 avenue Robert Buron, 53000 Laval, hereinafter referred to as « the Organiser ».
Participants have the chance to win the following prize:
There will be no cost to the winner in receiving the prize.
The prize cannot be awarded in the form of a cash sum.
Any participant awarded a prize shall be obliged to pay any relevant taxes and duties.
Entry to this competition is open to anyone without restriction.
This competition is free to enter and there is no obligation to purchase.
Entry to the competition is open from 8 October 2026 at 2.00 pm until 8 October 2027 at 7.00 pm.
Entries must be made in person at the Le Plessis aux Oiseaux holiday cottage, Le Plessis, 53200 Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, by completing a paper entry form in full and then placing it in a box provided for collecting entry forms. Only one entry per person. Consequently, incomplete registration forms will not be considered. The organising company reserves the right to disqualify, without prior notice, any participants found to have submitted multiple entries or to have committed any other breachand/or for failure to comply with the conditions of entry set out in these rules.
The winner will be determined as follows :
The winner will be drawn at random from among the entrants who have completed the entry form and placed it in thebox provided for this purpose at the Le Plessis aux oiseaux gîte, Le Plessis, 53200 Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne.
The results will be announced on 8 October 2026 in accordance with the following terms:
The winner will be contacted by email and their gift voucher will be issued in their name.
Personal data relating to participants is collected with their consent as part of this competition for the purpose of ’&verify the participant’s identity, notify them if they have won, and award them the prize to which they are entitled.
The organiser may, without incurring any liability, in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control, shorten, extend or even cancel this promotion.
Should these same circumstances prevent the prizes from being awarded, the winners may not hold the organising company liable.
