Fishing chalet for 4-6 people, equipped for disabled people, with private pontoon on the 7-hectare lake reserved for the holiday and fishing village, in a green setting. The chalet comprises a living room and 2 bedrooms, with a terrace and fishing facilities. For children and young people, there are outdoor games with swing sets, a games room with table football and table tennis, TV and board games. Shops 400m away in the village centre: butcher/checutery/grocery, bar/restaurant/snack bar. Access by footpath. Hiking trails - towpath along the Mayenne, the Vélo Francette, 3km away. Southern Mayenne to discover: in Château-Gontier, marina with bike and boat hire, paddle..., Refuge de l'Arche with over 1,000 animals, historic centre and gardens. The Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé, with its giant sculptures, and Laval.

FISHING: private fishing jetty 26 metres from the chalet – fishing room: sink, fridge, assembly table, recycling bins and compost bin INCLUDED: 8 kWh of electricity per day. OPTIONS: bed linen for single or double beds €12 – baby equipment €5 at weekends and €10 per week, available on request before arrival and to be paid on site (high chair, travel cot, baby bath, changing mat) - Electricity in excess of 8kWh will be charged according to the meter reading and paid directly to the owner at the end of your stay. SUPPLEMENT: pets €4 per night per pet. The chalet must be left clean (otherwise the €60 cleaning deposit will be retained).
