The chalet comprises a living room and 2 bedrooms, with a terrace and fishing facilities. For children and young people, there are outdoor games with swing sets, a games room with table football and table tennis, TV and board games. Shops 400m away in the heart of the village: butcher/checutery/grocery/bar/restaurant/snack bar. Access by footpath. Hiking trails - towpath along the Mayenne, the Vélo Francette, 3km away. Southern Mayenne to discover: in Château-Gontier, marina with bike and boat hire, paddle..., Refuge de l'Arche with over 1,000 animals, historic centre and gardens. The Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé, with its giant sculptures, and Laval.
