Fishing chalet for 5–7 people, with a private jetty on a lake covering over 7 hectares, reserved for the holiday village and fishing, set in lush green surroundings. The chalet comprises a living area and two bedrooms, with a terrace and a fishing room. For children and young people, there are outdoor play areas with climbing frames, a games room with table football and a table tennis table, a TV and board games. Shops 400 metres away in the heart of the village: butcher’s/delicatessen/grocery shop, bar/restaurant/snack bar. Access via a footpath. Hiking trails – towpath along the River Mayenne, the ‘Vélo Francette’ cycle route, 3 km away. Places to discover in southern Mayenne: in Château-Gontier, a marina with bike and boat hire, stand-up paddleboarding, etc.; the Refuge de l’Arche with over 1,000 animals, the historic centre and gardens; the Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé with its giant sculptures; and Laval.

OPTIONS: bed linen for single or double beds €12 – baby equipment €5 at weekends and €10 per week, available on request before arrival and payable on site (high chair, travel cot, baby bath, changing mat) - Electricity in excess of 8kWh will be charged based on the meter reading and payable directly to the owner at the end of your stay. SUPPLEMENT: pets €4 per night per pet. The chalet must be left clean (or the €60 cleaning deposit will be retained). A federal fishing licence is compulsory; available for purchase at reception or on the website: www.cartedepeche.fr Paid services available at reception: washing machine, tumble dryer, bike hire. Pets welcome. In the event of a drop in the water level exceeding 1.80 metres on the gauge, you may cancel your stay without penalty or receive a 50% discount on the stay.
