A large building houses the table tennis table and the large charcoal barbecue, as well as the possibility of storing motorbikes and bicycles. There is plenty of space for children to play, with a swing and sandpit. The petanque court is alongside the house.
Shops are in the village of Vaiges: chemist, baker, butcher, mini-market and restaurants from the simplest to the most gourmet.
For your leisure activities, take advantage of the hiking trails throughout the Coëvrons, the Saulges caves site with its prehistory museum, climbing walls and restaurants. Discover Sainte-Suzanne, a small town full of character and one of France's favourite villages, with its castle, museums and cobbled streets, a lively village with a variety of shops and numerous events. Don't miss the paper mill walk!
Water sports: swimming pools in Evron and Meslay du Maine - open all year round, the Chesnaie leisure centre in Saint Denis du Maine, the port of Laval (boat hire, canoeing, etc.).
And all over Mayenne, come and meet the producers on their farms! Cheese, bread, mohair wool, vegetables, meat...

The gîte - On the ground floor, the house's living space comprises an 18m² fully-equipped kitchen (combined microwave, oven, 4 gas rings, dishwasher, fridge and freezer compartment), and a 29m² living room opening onto the terrace (fireplace, table for 10, armchairs and sofa, TV, VCR, DVD player). A 12m² bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and direct access to a shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms accessed via a wide corridor (with cupboard), and a bathroom with double basins. 1 bedroom 16m² with 2 bunk beds 90*190, 1 bed 110*190 and a washbasin, 1 bedroom 12.5m² with 1 bed 140*190 and a cot, 1 bedroom 17.5m² with 1 bed 140*190 and 1 bed 90*190. Each bedroom has storage space.
Baby equipment available in the gîte: cot, high chair, bath, changing mat.
