The holiday cottage is set in a natural setting, 110 metres from the nearest fishing ponds. In La Semondière, meet the chickens, ducks and donkeys. Have a go on the swing hanging from the trees, or whizz along the little zip line (homemade for children).
Designed to accommodate 8 people, the ground floor comprises the living areas, kitchen and lounge, as well as a bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and separate toilet. This level has been designed with people with reduced mobility in mind: access to the terrace via a ramp, with no steps between the living areas. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In total, there are 4 beds measuring 90×190 (including 1 fold-away bed) and 3 beds measuring 140×190. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth in the shoulder seasons and during winter (wood included). There is a long, overhanging terrace with garden furniture and a garage featuring a table tennis table.
You will also have access to a heated, indoor, heated and shared swimming pool (6.5 m × 3.25 m, depth 1.20 to 1.50 m), accessible from 15 April to 15 October (2027: opens on 10/04/27), subject to weather conditions. The swimming pool is adjacent to the owners’ house, situated approximately 80 m from the holiday home, and is also accessible to guests staying in the three bed-and-breakfast rooms. Access times are determined according to the site’s occupancy.
Anglers can enjoy a main pond of 4,100 m² with a rowing boat and three other ponds. The ponds are stocked with carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eels and catfish. Fish available all year round. The pond is shared with guests staying in the guest rooms and cabins.
The surrounding countryside is hilly and wooded. There are numerous walking trails.

For group stays, the site can accommodate up to 23 people (including children). Two tree houses: ‘Le Nid’ in the oak tree, over 7 metres high, for two people (H53G015752), and the ‘Tree House’ (H53H010945) for up to five people (maximum two adults and three young children). There are also 3 guest rooms (H53H010941) that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Business stays: maximum 4 people – one household per stay is compulsory for stays of 1 to 14 nights.
Weekend stays: arrival Friday 4.00 pm – departure Sunday 4.00 pm.
Stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4.00 pm – departure 10.00 am.

You’ll also enjoy an indoor, covered, heated and shared swimming pool (6.5 m × 3.25 m, depth 1.20 to 1.50 m), open from 15 April (2027: opens on 10/04/27) to 15 October, weather permitting. Swimwear must be worn. The swimming pool is adjoining the owners’ house, situated approximately 80 m from the holiday cottage, and is also accessible to guests staying in the three guest rooms. Access times are determined according to the site’s occupancy.
