You'll fall under the spell of this large stone house, fully equipped for your holiday or business stays, with Wi-Fi access. The living room, with its large fireplace, television and piano, invites you to enjoy the moment. As you dine, you can admire the countryside through a panoramic window. The kitchen opens onto the veranda on one side and the living room on the other. The three bedrooms are upstairs, accompanied by a large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. There is an outdoor hot tub available only in July and August, and a treadmill in the conservatory all year round. There are a number of games in the courtyard: table tennis, boules and rackets, and board games inside the gîte. Activities: The town of Andouillé (2km) is charming, with easy access to the Mayenne towpath and footpaths. Laval (16km), Château de Laval, Jardin de la Perrine, lumière de Laval (Noël), Musée d'art naïf, the towpath and the river stop. Shops and services in Andouillé (2km).
