This holiday cottage is in the countryside, 15 km from Fougères, 10 km from Erné … and 65 km from Mont Saint-Michel!
You’ll enjoy a beautiful, private landscaped garden with trees, a large terrace and a pétanque court bordering fields and hedgerows.
The gîte features a large living room (60m²) with a fireplace and an adjoining, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, and one bathroom. Two bedrooms have two 90×190 beds each, and one bedroom has a single 160×200 bed. There are two separate toilets.
Discover the permaculture vegetable garden and the owners’ collection of cacti and succulents. Geese and chickens roam freely in their enclosures. Just 1 km away, you can also visit the ‘Jardin remarquable’ at La Pellerine (May to September). Also worth a visit are the Jardin des Renaudies (18 km) at Les Colombiers du Plessis, and the municipal swimming pool in Ernée (10 km).
Shops and amenities: Ernée, 10 km, or Fougères, 14 km.
Chenedet Leisure Centre (kayaking, treetop adventure course, swimming in summer…), 13 km away.

The holiday cottage is attached to the owners’ house. There are no neighbours directly opposite. The terrace and garden are private to the holiday cottage.
Your accommodation – Ground floor: 60m² living room with a fireplace, large dining table, fully fitted kitchen: oven, 4-ring gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine. 1 separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.
First floor – Red bedroom: 2 single beds (90×190) with a chest of drawers – Yellow bedroom: 2 single beds (90×190) with an en-suite shower cubicle and washbasin – Blue bedroom: 1 double bed (160×200) and a wardrobe. 1 bathroom with bath, washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer. 1 separate toilet. Landing with reading area.
108cm television – DVD player – Wi-Fi. Tower fan in all bedrooms.
Terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers – Garden – Pétanque court with boules – Möllky game – Charcoal barbecue – Working bread oven – Car park and carport
Included: kitchen linen – bed linen.
Optional extras: cleaning €80 (compulsory for business travellers; flat rate for stays of 1 to 14 nights) – firewood €60 per stère – towels €5 – electric heating (charged according to meter reading, to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay).

Het ruime huis, de prachtige tuin en de vriendelijke en discrete eigenaars.
Fougères en Vitré in de buurt zijn aantrekkelijke en sfeervolle stadjes.
Nog een aanrader van de eigenaars : restaurant La Petite Auberge op 4 km. Fantastisch.
Dit maakte ons verblijf volledig geslaagd.
