La Brunaie is the ideal holiday cottage for a family holiday! With a games room featuring a pool table, table tennis and table football, a children’s climbing frame, bikes and children’s games, not to mention a covered area for games of pétanque, there’s no chance of getting bored.
The holiday home features a large 40m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a lounge. The whole living area opens out onto the terrace and the entire garden. There are 4 bedrooms, including 1 on the ground floor, 1 shower room (ground floor) and a bathroom (first floor), plus 2 separate toilets. The beds are made up on your arrival.
Shops, amenities, the market and restaurants are in Bourgneuf-la-Forêt, 4 km away. In Ernée, there are further shops, as well as a lovely swimming pool. There is a railway station in Vitré.
For leisure activities, Vitré (20 km), Fougères and its castle (20 km), and the Haute Vilaines leisure centre (cycling, kayaking, swimming, etc.) 13 km away.

Fishing is available in a private pond 800 metres away (carp and trout in particular). Please notify the owners.
