This stone house is surrounded by a fully enclosed landscaped garden, with uninterrupted views over the surrounding fields. Enjoy a beautifully landscaped lake of around 700 m², ideal for fishing for carp, roach or pike. It is even possible to add trout (to be arranged with the owner). A boat is available. A second pond, measuring around 900 m², is 400 metres from the gîte. The spacious dining room with open fireplace, the well-equipped kitchen, the living room and the four bedrooms are ideal for a family get-together. Each bedroom has its own washbasin, and there is a shared shower. The master bedroom has its own private shower room. The gîte is close to a working dairy farm. Places to visit Gorron (4 km): municipal swimming pool - Colmont leisure park (canoeing, accrobranche, paintball, swin golf, bike hire), Colmont river, ideal for fishing (1st category), numerous hiking trails. Ambrières-les-Vallées (12 km): Swimming pool in summer, mini-golf, pedalos, horse riding, and access to the Vélofrancette, one of France's most famous green cycle routes. Outstanding gardens: Le Jardin des Renaudies in Colombiers-du-Plessis (creator of the Vanille-Fraise hydrangea), Jardin de la Pellerine, renowned for its botanical diversity. The town of Mayenne (20 km): castle, shops, riverside promenade. The owners can advise you on visiting local farms. Day trips: Mont-Saint-Michel (72km) - Fougères and its medieval castle and the Chatelier floral park (35km) - Lassay-les-Châteaux and its rose garden (24km). Professional stay: 5 adults maximum - 1 cleaning package per stay from 1 to 14 nights compulsory.
