L'atelier des hirondelles is a highly personalised gîte, entirely decorated and furnished by Odile and Daniel, the owners. Their aim is to offer you an exceptional service. Charming detached stone house with a contemporary veranda terrace overlooking a wooded site not overlooked. WIFI throughout via Fibre. If you're a fisherman, you'll love the 8-hectare private pond outside the property (70m), with confidential but not private access. You can fish for roach, carp, perch, pike and eel. Free fishing licence. The pond is a no-kill zone, with plenty of space for long casts. You can also use the boat to explore the water. A fishing hut is available, as well as an outdoor sink, barbecue, garden furniture and recliners. DISCOUNT: if rented for more than one week, -10% for 2 consecutive weeks. If you're looking to get away with family or friends, the property is set in a magnificent wooded setting. It houses this gîte: l'Atelier des Hirondelles and a 2nd gîte: le Martin Pêcheur, H53G010581, for 3 people and the owners' house in grounds of 4,000 m2 enclosed by hedgerows. Each house is independent and has its own private terrace and fishing hut. Not overlooked. Ideal for nature lovers and anglers alike. Nearby: the towpath 6 km away (85 km along the Mayenne), the châteaux of Mayenne, Laval, Lassay-les-Châteaux, Ste Suzanne, Fougères, Vitré, as well as the characterful villages of Fontaine-Daniel and Chailland, the Gallo-Roman site of Jublains, the Museums, the Jardin des Renaudies, Le Refuge de l'Arche, the most visited site in Mayenne, the Caves of Saulges. And Mont-Saint-Michel is just an hour and a half away by car!

Gîte on 2 floors - LEVEL 0 - a large living-dining room (36m²) with a fully-equipped kitchen area featuring dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, oven, induction hob, griddle. A lounge/dining area with 110cm Orange TV, sofa and armchairs. Separate WC in a very spacious shower room (L. linen). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one 17m², 1 bed 160*200, large wardrobes and a washbasin/WC area. The 2nd bedroom, 9m², 2 twin beds 80*190cm with desk, armchair and sockets for teleworking. Electric heating with cast-iron inertia radiators equipped with programmers. Tariff includes cleaning, bed linen, towels, tea towels and 8 kWh/day electricity (additional charges payable to the owner on the basis of the meter reading). Pets not accepted.
