You’ll love its 9m² contemporary veranda – a true extension of the living space – overlooking the flower-filled, tree-lined garden, with no neighbours opposite. Just 70 metres from the gîte, an 8-hectare lake awaits you, accessible via a path. It is not privately owned and is dedicated to catch-and-release fishing: roach, carp, perch, pike and eels. A fishing licence is provided free of charge and a rowing boat is available so you can make the most of the pond, whether for fishing or simply for a leisurely trip along the water’s edge. Whether you’re an angler or a nature lover, you’ll enjoy the surroundings in the heart of a 4,000 m² landscaped estate. The River Mayenne, a Category 2 waterway, is also just 6 km away. The property also features a second self-catering cottage, Le Martin Pêcheur (H53G010581), which can accommodate 3 people. Each accommodation has its own terrace and fishing hut, with no neighbours opposite.
